Complaints or grievances must be submitted in writing by participant to the Nicole Brazelton, Director of Operations at NicoleB@collaborative-solutions.net.  Collaborative Solutions is dedicated to being as fair and responsive as possible.  A copy of the full grievance policy and process is on file and available by request.
